Punta Bulata is known as one of the beaches that have whitest and finest sand in Negros Island.The said beach, prides itself on its creamy white sand, clear water, wonderful coral reefs, beach events and relaxation are endless.154 kilometers south of Bacolod City from the municipality of Cauayan, city of Sipalay which is also one of the well-known city that have a white beaches.
